As a business that owns, manages and develops properties across the country for ourselves, private investors, institutional investors, private occupancy and housing organisations we were often asked about managing service charge for buildings and whole developments.
We began to look at this with serious intent in early 2023 and agreed that it would be something we would offer in the future.
Fate has a way of making things happen!
In Q3 2023 we were approached by an associate who had established a Service Charge Company but that his future business plans had changed and would we be interested in assisting him with the transferring of his business to a third party!
Seeing the opportunity to make a standing start we not only agreed to assist, we also agreed to be the third party!
As such Propertunity Building Management was created.
In assisting with the transfer of the company we were lucky enough to also take on some of the core staff who are working will with our compliment of staff at Propertunity and we see a full and exciting future ahead of us all.
